i think the n is supposed to be more like an short "nmm" .. i'm not sure about the rule

Make it rhyme with "sensei," except that the n should sound like an m, and change s > b of course. The first part should sound like the "se" in "set." Go look up "Japanese pronunciation" in google or wiki if you want more.
