I think a news article likely will be posted shortly, but Anime Boston is having ORIGA and Raj as musical guests for AB 2013!

From their site:

Raj Ramayya is a singer, composer and lyricist best known for his musical collaborations with famed Japanese composer Yoko Kanno as a member of The Seatbelts.

ORIGA is a vocalist, most recognized as singing all three opening themes of the popular anime series “Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex”. She has also recorded songs for other anime such as “Fantastic Children”, and more recently the video game “Final Fantasy XIII-2”.
