It'd probably be easier for them to just say the countries they are adding as opposed to the ones they aren't. Laughing

Haha, that was my immediate thought too. Aren't Germany, UK, and France the top anime countries? I'm surprised they didn't exclude the Scandinavians as well.

Also, since when are African countries considered European?

There's about 50 countries in EU and some of those listed aren't even in EU.
