Do you think that there is possibility to have Namco Bandai release it as a Wii U edition?

It'd be nice if they could make it multiplatform, but I don't think it's very likely at this point. The Tales series is still pretty niche in the west, so if there's no Japanese version of a game on the WiiU or other systems, there likely won't be a western release on that system.
Baba has also said the Tales series will be on the PS3 for a while, since it sells best.

I never got to play this game since I never had the system for it, now I finally can.
Got my preorder and now i'm waiting for it!

It's still doesn't justify the fact that they can still do a Wii U version.

Well, it not a question of "can they," it's a question of "can they do it and still make a big enough profit that it justifies the cost." That's always the question with businesses. They've done titles on the Xbox 360 and Wii, and, in the case of Graces and Vesperia, later ported them to the PS3. The sales figures (from wikipedia, so they may not be 100% accurate) are as follows:

Tales of Graces (Wii)--216,000
Tales of Graces F (PS3)--over 300,000

Tales of Vesperia (Xbox 360)--161,070
Tales of Vesperia (PS3)--352,961

Namco Bandai has tried putting games on different systems, and seems to have had the most success with the PS3. It makes sense to stick with it.

It's very doubtful that there will be a Wii U version. It just does not make much sense.
