The publisher for Sakamoto desu ga? volume 2 should be Enterbrain.

It says Kadokawa because this happened between the publication of volumes 1 and 2.

It's supposed to be Shinmai Maō no Testament. The first part is supposed to be a pun, and the "Testament" part is what the ruby says over the characters for "keiyakusha."
