We’ve been jokingly talking about that maybe we really should change our name to Animaru, since people apparently seem inclined to write it that way.

Yeah, when I saw the title of the article, for an instant, I thought Young Animal would carry a manga for kemonā by Himekawa.

The only other instance I can think of a manga that has a Native American as a major character is in Cyborg 009. Specifically, 008 comes somewhere from the Southwest.

Etc also had Native American characters - I think Tokyopop did manage to put out the whole series.

I checked ANN page and jumped to official web of Et Cetera in Tokyo POP. But Tokyo POP page was 404=Not found. Damn Crying or Very sad
But I enjoyed Yuana. So now ok for me. And I will search it from that page. Very Happy

You're welcome!

Tokyopop stopped publishing a few years ago, but Et Cetera shouldn't be hard to find used. You may want to pop over to this thread if you have any trouble finding it. (I'm partial to abebooks.com for used manga.)

Therefor I want to read it. But now it's difficult to me. Confused
Anyway I interest a fantasic part of Yuana.
Yuana connecting with spirit world and human world.
I think this culture is not introduced by the other Natives American character very much.
Surprised
