Dang, did TO LOVE RU's Yui Kotegawa graduate high school and then pursue a career in wrestling? I'd actually drop everything to read/watch THAT.

Not even surprised. It was only a matter of time.

There are Sentai titles I wish FUNi got instead...

Another licensed series that sexually exploits women. Stay classy Funimation.

Funimation, you have earned a little bit of my respect with this because you just, quite shamelessly, proved that you will license anything as long as it sells. Because of that fact, you have also earned much of my contempt.

I wish the dub actors were spared from this garbage, but ah well.

They are a business, and if the statistics show off that people are more than willing to buy "big titty anime woman: the show" then they will cater to the market that is keeping there business model afloat.

All I could think of when this show got licensed was how much I want someone to adapt either Karate Minoru or All Rounder Meguru. Probably because the latter has that tsundere Thai boxer girl who's becoming increasingly hilarious in each chapter.

Instead, well, it's schlock. But hey, schlock sells, and it's not always bad for what it is, so who am I to argue?

This is one show I hope they don't do a faithful dub for, at least let it be a funny dub or have re-written like the High School of the Dead dub did - seriously though, out of all unlicensed anime, why'd they bother picking up this series?

I remember seeing this show before it aired - I was all like "Cool! A wrestling anime"! That was all I needed to watch episode 1.... I still don't know why I finished this godawful, boring show.

I'm sure this show will have it's market though, so I hope that they at least make sure to get any specials for it and release the BDs uncensored so no one complains about this or that missing this time around.

Numbers crunching told them they could turn a profit? You'd think with their preference for ecchi anime they would be curious about starting an eroanime division and get to licensing stuff that's never been seen uncensored before. But the roadblocks there are likely out of their control.

If I were a gambling man, I'd say FUNimation was after something. Judging that Sentai already has claim on just about everything from ARMS of value now, I'd say Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny as well as the upcoming Ikki Tousen OVA are what's on the table.

I think I watched the first episode when it was airing and then stopped. This gives me a reason to start it again.
