TYO ....I have mixed thoughts on this but if they can capture the comedy of the series again, then this should be fun.

I watched the OVA yesterday, and felt it stood up quite well to the original series. So there's some confidence in the staff of the project.

I was initially a little concerned about the staff change, but I felt better about it after watching the OVA. There wasn't really anything that struck out to me as odd and I thought they did a pretty good job with it. I'll be looking forward to watching the third season.

The OVA is a lot closer to the original manga then the two seasons. I guess we will get a bit more slow paced S3 with less high energetic gags.

A lot of anime series are getting a 3rd season but R+V CPU3 is NO WHERE to be seen

Since this theme keeps coming up repeatedly maybe there should be a list of the 7 animes most deserving of a 3rd season (ONAs do not count for the total, so Nyaruko would be eligible  ) where people could vent their pent up frustrations.

Disappointed that it isn't Dogakobo with Ohta at the head, but hopefully this will retain some of the magic that crew had made. Would love to see some Ohmuro-ke content mixed in.

That's kind of a let-down. The ridiculous gags in S1-2 were what made this show great...the OVA was kinda boring IMO...although I am not necessarily complaining....ANY Yuru Yuri is better than none!! |
