My Brothers Husband is one of the best comics I read this year. Heartfelt, delightful, charming, funny and gorgeous to look at.

Still need to read Sunny. Interested in the other nominees, too, but Sunny is my first priority.

Glad there are still awards out there that give recognition to works with cultural and literal qualities, not only what's popular and easy to consume. And luckily there's also a market for those works in manga (as opposed to anime where works like Shouwa Genroku or In This Corner of the World are the absolute exception).

Sunny is genuinely great. Maybe my favorite series Matsumoto Taiyo has done.
