I am so sorry for you, then. Very Happy

Hearing "Get Wild" again is a thrill, even if it's just a teaser.

This could be a fun movie, but I rather see a series reboot with a modern flavor.

This is mokkori news! What's it been, 20 years? Now Sunrise just needs to make more Dirty Pair.

Saw a retweet of the movie news less than an hour of it being posted and I'm still trying to get over the shock. Come 2019 it will be 20 years since the 1999 special.

So glad Kamiya and Ikura are back to voice Ryo and Kaori. Great to see director attached is also associated with CH for a long time.

Very curious on what will use for the storyline. Manga material that hasn't been covered still have, but the anime has never shied from using original content.

Too much to hope will get an official release in North America? 1999 special has yet to be released by any company. Sad

I'll pay for the disc release and watch it raw and not understand much if need be. Wink

If anyone been lucky enough to see the OAD, Ryo's Proposal, (mail away DVD came out May 2016, had to have bought all the 30th anniversary edition manga), please PM me.

Whatever the storyline for this new movie, I'm at least hoping that it won't involve another "estranged father-daughter" plot that was recycled too many times from the old series and the television specials.

But, I'm just a Canadian anime fan. It's not up to me to decide what the Japanese want in their storylines.
