I know it's been long enough since X-2 that the series has looped back around to being really big on the death and sacrifice thing, but I really wouldn't want a follow-up to X-2 if the intent would be to specifically undo that optimistic conclusion in favor of rehashing the same brand of bittersweet ending that the series has since done to, well, death.

I sense a X-2.5 retcon incoming.

Given how bad that drama cd was, never mind the godawful tie-in story.... Please: no.

The drama CD undid everything the heroes worked to achieve and broke up Tidus and Yuna because of reasons, and then they told us they had no plans for a sequel. I can see someone at Square doesn't like FFX.

I loved x-2.
The love story was sweet and loved the Aeons. (and x's blitzball that x-2 ruined -.-!)
Im not curious as to what rikku and paine look like (and to a lesser degree wakka/lulu's child)
But so help me if it ever happens they better not add seymour....that guy just doesnt liek staying dead and it was annoying.
