It's a fairly long manga so when they say a complete adaptation, I get a bit worried. I just hope we don't get insane hypersonic speed pacing.

A couple volumes per episode should do it.
Vinland Saga, and now this. Amazon Prime Video is really getting some great titles, wish Netflix would up their anime game.

^^Ând, also Dororo, Pet, Babylon and Psycho Pass 3... Amazon is totally killing it this year anime-wise. I wouldn't be surprised if my year's top 5 turns out to be all amazon titles, tbh.

Well, maybe not Psycho-Pass 3 since the noitaminA/Amazon deal seems to be done (All the other noitaminA anime of 2019 has been streaming on Crunchyroll/Funimation) and Funimation has the license of the first 2 season.

I really dig how much better these designs capture Samura's art style (especially in the later years of the manga) compared to the 2008 adaptation.

Very interesting that Shigurui alums Eiji Hanawa (Seigen) and Hokuo Kuwashima (Mie) are recast here as major villains. Great choices.

There's pretty much no way this can be worse than the Bee-Train adaptation, so I'll keep an eye on this.

i'm glad to see Suzuki as Magatsu, as he can decipt that young hellraiser's voice so well. Even Nobutoshi Canna would've been great, as he sounds perfect when playing Lancer from Fate/ Stay Night. But...Anotsu has a 50+ yo Nozomu Sasaki? I know Sasaki is good, but I would have preferred someone younger just due to Anotsu being in his early-to-mid 20's. Kouki Uchiyama would have been stellar here. Maybe even Hiroshi Kamiya(Trafalgar/Levi voice rather than Koyomi Araragi voice) or Tomokazu Seki, who can still do young voices well and was Manji in the last adaptation... but yeah... without a long trailer we can't say much yet...

Sasaki can still voice young characters just fine. He still voices Yusuke Urameshi without any problem, for example:
