Is Rightstuf automatically replacing too? Last time I sent in an email for disc replacement, I got a second set from Rightstuf since they went down the list of orders and just sent them out.

I don't see RightStuf mentioning about it on their socials, but you could ask though.

Either way, I have the LE of Stars, but yet to open it until I see the rest of the episodes in order. That, and I've already put in my info for the book replacement. Says they'll deliver them around the end of September 2019.

It looks like all you need to do is send an email and the pertinent information to the address in the article to get a new booklet.

Rightstuf is just a third-party seller when it comes to VIZ products. When I got my replacement discs for the audio issues in one of the earlier sets, I went straight through VIZ then, even though I ordered from RightStuf.

Wow, that much effort for such a small error.

In germany they keep putting out booklets with horrible translations, like KSM's Naruto releases have a lot of messed up and plain wrong names, they mix up several techniques and elements and they even got part of the japanese voice actor names wrong, like instead of Nana Mizuki as Hinata's seiyuu, they put a similar sounding name of a porn actress.

Of course people keep telling them any mistakes, but they are pretty much like "well, now that it's already out there, there's nothing we can do" and move on onto new projects.

I'm really not used to the amount of care and effort american publishers put into it.

Looks like they're handling errors/stuff way better than the way ADV handled it when they released the first two Sailor Moon seasons when they had problems with the DVDs and such:

It should be pointed out this exchange is also to fix a much more major error on the booklet’s relationship chart which previously incorrectly referred to Haruka and Michiru’s relationship as a “friendship.” The new copies will now refer to them as partners.
