minor thing but the way this is written

"Entertainment news website Variety reported on Tuesday that it has hired four new executives to its management team"

makes it seem like Variety has hired the people.

I'm no expert, but I have a hard time believing they need so many Execs. Maybe yes, maybe no.

Maybe the four execs all have different exec roles in the company. One might be an executive for marketing, the other for advertising, another for overall management, and so on.

different departments, different specialties. That being said, while it does say Funimation, given they acquired Manga and are the NA branch, it makes me wonder if they will also be overseeing, or have a bit of input into Melbourne and Tourcoing, hence the need for so many.

Sidenote: it could also be Sony doing a bit of housekeeping, putting more of theirs in to replace former Funi execs

So I take it that TJ Walker is not Tyler Walker, Funimation employee and husband of Heather Walker?

A former senior director of brand and project management at Loot Crate and former executive director of global franchise management at DC Entertainment. I dont like the sound of that.

Anyway, for a dub company, all they have to do is milk one of the very few series that somehow became popular.
