Another problem is that these guidelines are already outdated (granted, that's because the science is updating rapidly). But there's a growing consensus that singing is one of the best ways to spread a virus. One singer in Washington state infected 52 out of 60 people rehearsing in the same room. (More info.) If a concert is indoors, have the performers wear masks. Or better yet, just cancel it.

TBH Japan opening is worrying yes the cases are lower but the fatality risk is higher due to the high age of the population. Same reason why I objected to Florida and Maine opening in particular
