The thumbnail of trailer using disgusting hardsusbs (its 2020, have they not learned about the Caption feature on yt yet? ) is perfectly fitting. "Hard pass." because this looks terrible.

You actually prefer Captions over hardsubs. Ok this is why I hate the anime community.

Part of me feels like this is a troll... But seriously.. you going to pass on this anime all because it has Hardsubs.... GEEZE... Its going to be on Crunchyroll, everything on there site that is a subbed anime is going to have Hardsubs on it. So you alienating ALLL Sub animes that's on Crunchyroll.

They never said they were going to pass because of the hardsubs, they merely said that they don't like there being hardsubs on the trailer. The anime itself doesn't look very good, either.

another entry in the longest anime title....and another entry into Demon King+school+girlz..sigh i was hoping for something original. well i will give it a try ..that is a silly fuss over subs. Peace ....let things roll along.

Tell me about it. Anyone else tired of the overpowered in another world/life trope? It doesn't help that most of these protagonists are pretentious not-so-nice-people who steamroll over anyone they face. Hard pass indeed.
