Meanwhile here in the states you can barely manage to get 3 days if a real flesh and blood sibling or parent passes.

I agree with the terms for a concert or other idol event, you're better off preparing to or if on short notice seeing said idol now instead of twiddling your thumbs, doing nothing, however 10 days for an idol's graduation is a bit much 1-2 days is enough for that, but if an idol actually dies, if that's the case then maybe a week should suffice, but not 10 days.

Also virtual idols should probably be included due to the influx of sudden graduations lately, even this year.

Ok, I get the American job process is not good, but Japans work life is dangerous. Keep in mind 70 hours a week is the average for a japanese job.

Are we sure this company gives any time off for the death of actual relatives? Maybe it’s just idols? ;p

As odd as it sounds, I'd support it. One of my goals is to make a video game, and have someone in Hololive play it. If anyone working with me wants to do anything in that article, it would be good for personal moral. So in the end, I can understand this.

Aqours are not going to disband, they are just going to drift off like Muse did. And even then, Muse did a come back- ish of course.

As with the company policy, I am more concerned about the marriage time off than the rest. Seiyuus get married but they can still sing and perform right? so why the 10 days? The creep-o-meter on this assumption that the fans are devastated by their idol's marriage is sky high...

Pathetic that you get to tell people how they should or should not feel. Pathetic that you trample on other people's passion as if you are somehow more superior than them.
