Would a dub even be possible at this point, with them being blacklisted from the SAG? I'm not familiar with how many dubbing studios are union or not, but it seems like it would be difficult to find one that would be able to dub so many episodes. Also was the reason for the do not work order being put out ever released, or is the DNW the only thing we have? |

The company SAG named is Ocean, which is based in Vancouver, BC. Their primary talent pool consists of locals to the area. Canadian actors are not part of SAG. They have their own separate union. That "do not work" notice suggests that for whatever reason, they tried hiring American talent and did so without a union agreement. To rectify that, all they would have to do is either recast whatever parts were earmarked for those SAG members or sign a contract with SAG. A "do not work" notice from SAG doesn't prevent production from moving forward. The Netflix Monster Hunter TV special received one and it's coming out in a few days. |

Ah ok, I wasn't really sure with how that whole situation was working, I had assumed that it was all one union. Thank you for the clarification. |
