The Alpha Manga app is releasing it weekly. It isn't quite caught up with the anime yet at chapter 47; I think it is nearly at the end of what episode 11 adapted. Which makes the anime adaptation more annoying in hindsight, since it cuts out some things that better explain character motivations or better introduce characters.
The newest and oldest chapters are free, and the middle chapters are technically free if you don't mind waiting between chapters to collect free tickets (it is slow though).
CR Manga currently only has the first three chapters.
