Agreed. I've been waiting for a physical copy of this for what feels like forever. It's also one of a handful of anime classics I really want to watch on my projector. Wasn't there also a Discotek remaster last year though?

Yes, but it's Region A locked. This release will be for the peeps in the U.K. (presumably Region B). They also get a fancy slipbox and booklet, too.

Thanks. I'm actually in Europe so I'll definitely be grabbing this, but I guess the question I meant to ask is if we know anything about this particular transfer. Is it a similar "remaster"?

It uses the exact same transfer as the Discotek release.
