With all the beefy lore and callbacks packed into Sonic Frontiers that'd give Generations a run for its money, I would've figured they were covered on that front.

Until Frontiers made references to a load of different games, i had always thought some of them were part of their own separate canon. The Riders games always felt like their own separate universe.

Still, no want for applicants. LinkedIn is already reporting over 200 applications, and that is just through them.

"Manager of Lore" is one hell of a job title. Razz

VaatiVidya needs to start calling himself that every time he uploads a new FromSoft lore analysis video.

As for Sonic, I hope this means we'll one day get an Encyclopedia like the one(s) Dark Horse published for The Legend of Zelda. Maybe one with a bright blue binding and a spiky spine? (I should probably trademark this.)

I feel like they did something like that? And Ian Flynn consulted on that? I could be thinking of something else.

I do admit that sonic is needed in this approach, as sega can't afford to get rid of it, especially in relation to its workers, like in the fancy Burbank region. being from oceania, it has a huge distinction, but Sega Corp should willingly choose the right workers. And this would be advised by Yuji naka or yu suzuki I think. It's a tough proposition and role, and even I could do it (candidly). decent effort to the sonic team ! Anime hyper
