I took one look at the picture and thought "That looks like someone cosplaying Tom Baker as Doctor Who", so I'm glad to see that wasn't just me!

Her indoors who is a big fan of the manga reckons the Hiroshima arc is being adapted. It was the big arc left out of the Main run of the drama and perhaps deliberately so?

Wait... what?
As for the 4th Doctor cosplay, his character probably is a great fan of the show and thinks that Doctor is a great detective. Besides, Sherlock has been done to death and Poirot is harder to pull off.
