My guess is Crunchyroll reluctantly waited until Viz finally released season 1 on bluray last month.

Been almost 2 years and Nagatoro hasn't released in North America on Blu-ray.

The JJK0 Steelbook Edition from Best Buy also released this week.
And MB's release of Final Examination Kujira: Progressive is delayed until May 2nd.
