Speaking of food, they should really make a 3rd season for Isekai Shokudo.

None of the sources mention a specific month, only says "2024".

Yeah, don't see any sources saying January. Also curious where the anime will end if it is only one season. Takes the manga about 3 volumes to adapt 1 light novel volume. The first light novel volume isn't too much so would probably only take 4 episodes max if they care about pacing. Volume 2 has a lot more going on and may take a bit longer but ends on a nice note. If this is only a 12-13 episode season, I really don't think volume 3 will squeeze in there and the ending of volume 3 has some pros and cons if worked in as the ending of the anime. I imagine they may try to do 3 volumes max but either volume 2 or 3 may suffer. The conflict in volume 3 is a bit complex, but I could see them trying to speedrun through some aspects. Kind of curious if they will bother with the more slow life and chill parts of volume 2 and 3 as they do have a purpose, but I could see them rushing through them which kind of makes sense for an anime. They used 12 episodes to get through 3 volumesof Taming the Final Boss, but only read the LN so no idea how they paced the content.

To be fair, if anyone proposed to me (perhaps not outta the blue, but eh), I'd wanna cook for them too.
