The crowdfunding campaign was region-locked, unfortunately. I have no idea if the traditional pre-orders are region-locked, too.

It's in Europe only but you can use a European shipping agent that will work.
I have been asking Discotek about these TV specials for over 10 years now this did not go anywhere but at least it's coming out now in a set that's way better than anything Discotek would have done.
