...Pardon me? I get saying "Hikari isnt a saint/a paragon" but this is extremely odd to say about a young girl? And I didn't even love Max Heart lol. Also the whole "Brainwashing is okay because it was done before" is also weird. Wisely, the one other season to do the brainwashing plot did it WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better, I wont spoil it though |

Even though they improved in various places with the next sequel series, I'm glad they eventually washed their hands of this concept outside of bringing teams back years later for single cour reunion shows.

Yeah it's...it's fine, but it's really clear even early on that they were rapidly running out of ideas for what to do with these characters and this cosmology. Fortunately, they came up with the idea of a rotating cast after this.
