Now this is what Toei is not only known for doing (growing talent, getting talent, etc. Just look at one piece) not that wierd AI slop their trying to go for

People have blown those "AI plans" out of proportion anyway. It was meant for the shareholders first and foremost. People should rather look at studios like Wit who have already used AI.

Lets be real those AI PLANS will still be going to be continue whatever the opposition or against AI since Toei already invested money on it and soon every toei animators will be using AI as a support tool. If they dont it somebody will do it and they will left behind by China and South korea that already using AI on their animation production.

I can see the future of anime is anime originals since i seen a lot of japanese companies focusing on planning of more original anime in future investment they probably want to stay away with the publisher. Also they will earned money on this way especially when you dont make their anime exclusive on just one streaming site.
