This really does look like it will be a fantastic adaptation. I don't expect it will air in theaters in the US, but I hope it streams somewhere with subs

The original movie kinda traumatized me. I was sensitive to that sort of thing.
I'm curious about the adaptation though. |

The story of the movie is just any life though - how many people from your childhood have ya steadily lost contact with as life moves on
There's not any way an adaptation can screw that up |
