Jeremy mentioned Bocchi in the review, but the series seems to be closer to The Guy She Was Interested In Wasn't A Guy At All - mostly because of the heavy importance of alt rock. It's an interesting comparison - Guy is a very youthful series, and this one is much more thematically mature.
