For once it's not NIS' fault. Falcom decided to skip the PS5 when they pulled an Atlus and did a re-release. They're the ones I'd blame.

In fact, Falcom's release is Switch 2-only. The PC port only exists because NISA handled that.
Also, regular reminder that NISA is not NIS; NIS has nothing to do with this.
