I’m surprised they’re dubbing Tojima when they never even dubbed that other Kamen Rider anime.

I think this has mass appeal to even non Kamen Rider fans. You could technically replace all the fanservice with Super Sentai and it would not change too much about the characters or their story (at least so far.)

Wait a minute, Crunchyroll did not dub Fuuto P.I. into English? They did dub it into Neutral Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese back in 2022, though for the Neutral Spanish dub they sent it to a smaller studio in Cuernavaca, Mexico (though they did hire that same studio to dub Lycoris Recoil and Uzaki-chan), despite the fact that the four Kamen Rider series that did manage to get dubbed into Neutral Spanish, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki and Faiz, as well as Masked Rider and KR: Dragon Knight, were dubbed in Mexico City.
Maybe Crunchyroll believed that Latin American audiences are more into tokusatsu series, particularly in Brazil, though Red Ranger Isekai hasn't been dubbed into Spanish or Portuguese.

Patrick Seitz playing a Kamen Rider fanboy and Colleen Clinkenbeard voicing a Tackle fangirl is something I never knew I needed in my life.
I'm guessing they're not going to dub over the original Showa Kamen Rider footage? It'll be weird to hear "Henshin" as "Transform."
Nice to see the SpyxFamily dub cast back.

They didn't. Though, in fairness, we don't even have a legal way to watch its predecessor Kamen Rider W in the US (the only Heisei series licensed here are Kuuga through Faiz), so I don't think an English dub was a priority.
On the reverse, we *do* have Discotek currently working their way through all the Showa series (with Shout Factory having the original free to stream on services like Tubi), so the series that this show is calling back to are, or will be, accessible.

^There's also Media Blasters with some of the movies, still waiting for their First/Next set to arrive there and ship out.

Good they are dubbing the Kamen rider anime. A shame the fuuto pi an in me was skipped though.
