Yeah I'm sure all of that Chun-Li and Cammy "content" will just vanish overnight.

Yeah, that'll work, Capcom. What next, an announcement from Sega that says "don't be creepy about Sonic characters"?

"No political conent"

Isn't Ace Attorney kinda political just by it's own nature? If you can't be political with a fan-made Ace Attorney case, what the hell are you supposed to do?

"Anti-social"

What is always Japan's weird obsession with wording things like this or having this particular stick up their ass? Are they really this deathly afraid of their plague of NEETs and Hikkikimori's? You'd think if they cared that much, they'd address the moral causes that create those such people in their society, but ok.

"Content that uses CAPCOM's company logo or the intellectual property's logo"

.......then how the hell are you supposed to know what it is? Also why? That's a stupid rule. One I think should be ignored.

Anyway, in general I find it hilarious when companies really their their "guidelines" mean anything. They don't. People will continue to do whatever they want, and no C&D's are ever going to stop them. This is all meaningless.

This is to protect Capcom's trademarks.

This is a protection in place to prevent political parties from using their characters/content in their own campaigns or espouse views that Capcom doesn't endorse.

This is literally a euphemism for the yakuza, lol.

Using the company's logo for fan-created content will give some people the impression that Capcom officially endorsed it when they actually didn't.

Content that CAPCOM otherwise deems as unsuitable

In other words, this list is pointless, since they can make up any other reason to deem something "unsuitable" when they feel like it.

That's always been the case. These are just helpful guidelines for people to avoid having it happen to them Laughing

You know what they mean by political content. No real life political figures, pride flags/antifa flags/MAGA hats/etc.. basically no going "fictional character would agree with MY political opinions!" type stuff and using them to promote your political nonsense. They don't want their characters being used as hate symbols like Lily from Zombieland Saga.
