I'm worried about what this says about me but I was curious about Erica Friedman's assertion that the female genitalia in The Sultan's Prize was uncensored and that the male genitalia wasn't. So I decided to look for myself.
Having looked at a couple of online scans - assuming they are the same as what Erica read - then I would argue that Erica's assertion isn't entirely accurate. There is some censorship of the female genitalia although arguably to a lesser degree than the male's. Interestingly nipples are drawn for both parties. In Berserk for example female nipples are drawn but males are not. Most of the K-Comics/Webtoons I've read haven't had any sexual content I've only seen a couple so I don't have a broad experience of how genitalia is censored normally. I think a lot of it comes down to what censors consider the most "lewd" bits. There's an argument to be had that at some point any of this type of censorship of sexual content is ludicrous. Like what is the actual point? Then again I suppose you could ask the same question about soft-core porn. |

I actively avoid any plots with babies/kids, so even though I’ve read a few chapters of Our Sunny Days here and there, I can’t completely commit to the story because of the baby (FYI, she doesn’t get a name until the end of season 3, chapter 77), but I do like that unlike most stories with babies/kids, this baby does not get in the way.
