I wonder if the dub will feature a new cast or the dub cast from the Ghost in the shell SAC anime?

So, the new version of GITS will be dubbed, if there is any official news, it will probably be something like GQUUUUUUX. Regarding Jaadugar, another Science Saru anime for next season, I'm curious which company/service will license it and which dubbing studio will handle the dubbing of the anime.
