Does anyone else here buy the FX anime box sets? If so then what do you think of them?

drivers, generic discs...
If they are bootlegs, what kind of quality do you expect?

I've seen some that are good and some that are REALLY crappy, and I wouldn't really trust them since they are bootlegs.
I don't mind if people buy them, but for the integrity of yourself and the forum, I think you shouldn't tell people if you do buy them. It gives off a bad image.
Anyway, other than that, this thread should now be disregarded (or not, if anyone else wants to add something .)

yeah well i dont buy them anymore, just a waste of money to buy something that wont work 100%. But do you think these FX sets could do damage to a dvd player?

I can see why people would buy FX sets. Paying half price for an entire anime series is a tempting offer. But facts are facts, they're bootlegs, buy them at your own discretion.

Well I'm not a guru when it comes to the technics of DVDs and their players, but I don't think they should do any damage.
The reason they glitch is probably because they're bootlegs and that the original source that was copied from had some kind of security measure or something. Beats me what the cause could be, but that's my guess...
