I was looking, and two Pokemon manga are not on the list.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Ginji's Rescue Team

You can submit requests to have them added via the form linked at the bottom of every anime and manga list page ("Add an anime", "Add a manga").

A big problem of those child-oriented, game-related manga that got licensed (e.g. Pokemon) is matching them up with the original Japanese edition. Unlike more "regular" manga titles (e.g. Shonen Jump stuff), those usually receive more radical editing on their titles and/or volumes. I have to be completely sure before adding them into the database.
