| Quote: | | Hiroyuki Takei: Mr. Lee came up with the concept to make the characters represent ultimate evil and ultimate good / justice, and I just kind of went along with it! (laughs) |
I shouldn't judge a book by its cover so to speak, but unless they're deliberately hiding something from us, this seems a little uninspired to me.
On such an issue, Takei does have this to say:
| Quote: | | Now, what I believe is different than this clear cut, black and white concept of good and evil. Please keep these things in mind when you read Ultimo. Maybe this is a little hard to get, but please enjoy. |
I find this explanation a little hard to interpret however. I should hope that perhaps there'll be some insight to be found on matters aside the lead characters' motives.

Mr. Takei said his idea of good & evil was maybe a bit out of the usual mode at the Comic-con panel.
Mr. Lee kept joking since he speaks no Japanese Mr Takei could be saying horrible things & he wouldn't know.
