You probably won't find a better deal on Trigun than rightstuf's bundle:
http://www.rightstuf.com/cgi-bin/catalogmgr/WGWFihjMfS4ITZ5QZh/browse/item/85984/4/0/0

Evangelion movies are pretty hard to find for a good deal:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/Neon-Genesis-Evangelion-Death-Rebirth-And-The-End_W0QQitemZ330396864071QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_DVD_HD_DVD_Blu_ray?hash=item4ced300e47

Chobits single dvds are pretty cheap on ebay but a complete collection is hard to find:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/Chobits-Complete-Series-DVD-2005-7-Disc-Thinpak_W0QQitemZ180457978687QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUS_DVD_HD_DVD_Blu_ray?hash=item2a04223b3f

Not gonna help you with One Piece...you shouldn't be buying imports (unless their legit ones, not the cheap bootlegs).

Thanks jmfsilenthill!

the trigun set was the best deal so far so thats 1 down. I got a Evangelion movie bootleg last month from some site because i was so careless. and now i feel so unsatisfied because now, what i wanted is the real thing. and i feel so regretful that maybe i should have bought them years ago when they're so cheap Sad Sad . And as for now this is the only forum that can help me out find these stuffs somehow.

Edit: However, maybe i'll think about buying that used Evangelion Movies on eBay. but i still hope to see a new ones w/ good price.

This throws into shock: Why hasn't FUNI acquired Trigun yet? Out of all the dumbastic bullshit they pulled out last week....ugh! =_=

Anywho...I really needs to order me that bundle! O_O Now.

Meh, i wonder why too. Aren't they licensing most of the Geneon Stuffs now. I had a 1 shelf of Geneon stuffs licensed by FUNimation in my collection now. Good thing i got Ai Yori Aoshi bundle and Fushigi yuugi boxset 1 & 2 while they're still (kinda) cheap last year. Even though they are already discontinued product.

One of the best decisions of my anime-purchasing life was getting a region-free DVD player. Now I can order R4 anime from Madman Entertainment, where they still have complete Trigun sets and Fushigi Yuugi sets... as well as a number of other old Geneon shows (Paranoia Agent, Requem for the Darkness, etc) which are starting to get pricey here in R1 area. Not to mention European releases.

That doesn't necessarily help you, as it seems you've found a cheaper trigun option... but it might be something to investigate in the future.

(hint: RightStuf still has a bunch of the first Chobits set for a good price, not to mention cheap singles for v.4 and v.6... v.5 can probably be found cheap elsewhere, though I haven't bothered to actually check Amazon Marketplace,etc.)

Yeah no kidding. With the exception of FLCL on bluray, I found the roll out thing pretty disappointing. I think Funimation would do well to get Trigun: it's a great show. I wish I had found as good a deal on my Trigun dvds as the one Rightstuf has right now Sad .

@PiercingArrow
Yeah the Evangelion movies are hard to find. I wish I bought them years ago too; I managed to find End of Evangelion for about 40 bucks new..but the case was still pretty damaged. As for Death & Rebirth.....I paid over 30 bucks for it used, so the listing on ebay isn't that outrageous. I've seen the two pack movie version for over a hundred dollars on there before (new).
(Oh and just to let you know those prices I mentioned are in Canadian dollars and include Canadian shipping, so I pay more for stuff anyway Sad )

Getting a region free dvd player doesn't sound bad at all. i could get 1 of em for under $70. As long as i can get the anime i wanted for the best price, its good enough. but isnt the price of the anime boxsets other than region 1 are more expensive? or are they cheaper than region 1 anime boxsets?

@jmfsilenthill
oh lol i didn't notice that lmao. idk but ill still think about it. i just hope that they dont get sold soon. Limited supplies will always be limited. And as long as the days pass by those prices will be more and more expensive in the future

Well, Australia won't be too bad. in AUD the most expensive sets from Madman (that I saw) were $80AUD, which compares relatively favorably. After USD exchange rate, that comes down to more like $74. It depends a bit on what you're looking for. I forget how much that RightStuf Trigun bundle is, but it is probably cheaper than Madman. Still, it might be worthwhile to check out various European and Australian sources (both areas that will use English in one way or another) to see if your hard-to-find needs are available elsewhere.

(I plan on placing an order in the next week or so for Fushigi Yuugi from Madman... been looking for a non-singles release of that for forever. It'll end up being around $140.00 for both sets, but that is much better than I can do (new) here in R1. Used I could probably do about the same... but without the same assurance of quality.)

Chobits DVD 3 (Hyb): Darkness Descends - $5
