It's the OVA that takes place after season 2.

These OVAs have been really good so far. It's nice to focus on just the characters without the Queen's Blade tournament forcing them to drive the story along.

Also Rebellion seems like a more interesting storyline from what I've read, and these OVAs are clearly leading in that direction.
