One would envisage that cycle rickshaws would be swifter and more appropriate modes of transportation; being limited to your puller's walking speed might defeat the object of hiring private transport altogether.
That said, perhaps foot-powered rickshaws have the benefit of legal access to pedestrian pathways. |
