You can play as her anyways after you beat marineford level in the game. Its just new costumes + new scenarios , which is pretty good.
I just wish they put more levels in the game as dlc.

I hope this DLC eventually comes to the North American PSN store. We didn't get a physical disc and so far no DLC.
