No surprises in this list, but I must say I find Canaan's Vol. 2 cover art very amusing. Larger version here. It's a shame the show didn't really live up to the promise of the early episodes; I canceled my preorders before the end. At least it was nicely animated.

They're releasing Taishou Yakyuu Musume on Blu-Ray?

I couldn't even tell the difference from the SD and HD fansubs, rofl.

The Blu-ray of Taishou Yakyuu Musume is an upscale, which most likely means it was animated in SD.

that's actually kinda shocking and suprising because it's JC Staff and as far as I know they have been doing HD shows since 2007

Yeah, but apparently some shows are still being made in SD. The only other possibility is that it was made in HD and they still released an upscale, which would be truly inexplicable and would only serve to make people angry. It didn't air in HD either, so I really doubt it was done in HD.
