If Battle Royale the Manga can make it in the US, i think the original controversial Manga that made the excellent Japanese horror movie should come here.
But how graphic is it? is it like hentai or just plain violence porn? |

Well it's about a killer who gets off on killing people, so...
But really, the violence probably isn't an issue considering some of the stuff that gets licensed here (Gantz for one). Believe me, there are hundreds of manga that deserve to get published here, it's just a matter of time and money before they will. |

The manga is really graphic, a lot more graphic than the movie. It's a lot smarter than the movie though, so it has that going for it. Really, a lot of Yamamoto's stuff should be licensed, I'd love to have Ichi the Killer and Homunculus on my bookshelves.
