That trailer was beastly and nice to know Sawano's doing the music. Really looking forward to the adaption. Also it seems two of the late night MBS slots are already taken so at this point it's pretty obvious this is the Nichigou show for Spring.

Oooh, I'm excited for this. It looks great. The manga left me cold, but I have a feeling I'll like the anime a whole lot better. That happens a lot for me with action heavy shounen manga. I had the same reaction to Hellsing and Gurren Lagann for example. I think it's because series that rely so much on action and visuals are more fun for me to watch than read. The terrible art in the manga wasn't helping either.

Tetsuro Araki's work is always of very high quality in terms of direction and animation now sometimes the story of his projects can vary in terms of quality but that problem lies more with the writer then with the director. Attack on Titans looks like it may be very entertaining and with Araki and Sawano teaming up again its guaranteed to be a worthwhile watch now if it will hold up all the way through only time will tell.

While I got bored of the manga, the animation on this is pretty nice and that alone might make this worth watching for me.

spoiler[Honestly, the part that pretty much killed the manga for me was when Eren turned into a giant. I felt it was really cliche, to have the main character gain some kind of power making him better than everyone else.]

Wow. I already have read the manga, but if I hadn't, this trailer would make me want to check out the anime.

On the other hand, because I already have read the manga, I can be little pessimistic about the anime. My reason is that the manga is still ongoing, and I don't want any anime original ending. Hopefully they animate a season's worth of the manga and make a second season when there is more material.

just goin' by the 2 volumes I have so far, that preview is looking pretty damn good. First I've heard of Wit Studio, but on the other hand, Production I.G work usually warrants checking out/instant buy/pre-order for me.

definitely putting this on the want to see list.

That was a very compelling trailer. It feels like a while since I've seen something seriously weird and distinct like this on the anime landscape, that doesn't feel like it's pandering to any particular demographic. It's definitely on my radar now.
