Lame. Japan really needs to cut down on this.

I'm fine with the CONCEPT, but not really feeling the execution, especially on the Kirara (the "solar" girl). I admit I can see where they were going with the "wind" design, but the other doesn't say "solar power" to me.

What ever works for them. It's not like they don't need to raise the bar out of Nuclear Power. Japan has no oil, or coal reserves under their ground, so they can only import those. That's one of the reasons they tried their expansion programme 80 years ago which ended in total catastrophy, and now Nuclear has gone the same way.

Those designs reminds of the Element Dolls/Daughters used in the last few Dodonpachi games.

lol, this, so much.

It's a little bit bizarre, though I think it's great they're trying to raise awareness for alternative energy sources...

Seriously, there are characters like this advertising basically everything in Japan, so its not that surprising.

I'm personally not surprised, but that doesn't mean I have to like it either.

Who cares if you like it? Why would you not like it?

I seriously don't get this attitude a lot of people in this thread have about this.

It's like in America at one point when everything has to be Xtreme! Laughing

(Though personally this nor the Xtreme stuff don't really bother me much. I simply like to have fun with them.)

Indeed. I mean, sure, our personal feelings regarding moe aside, raising awareness and acceptance of alternative energy sources is wonderful imo.

Moe will likely run its course like many other trends in otakuland; why not make use of its power now for a good cause?

Judging by the amount of bare skin around certain erotic spots, I can determine that they're trying to raise another thing before they raise this particular one.
