Hitoshi Kamibeppu is an incorrect reading ("Kamibeppu" is a valid reading for this surname, but not for this person according to his official profile) of Hitoshi Bifu and those credits need to be merged into "Bifu". Because Kamibeppu/Bifu is an uncommon surname, it is very unlikely there will be anyone else with the exact same name in the Encyclopedia, and a redirect needs to be put in place to automatically correct the wrong name when it is entered (as it's somewhat likely to pop up again even after these credits are moved).
