Well, I could never tell from the pictures if the kid with short hair was a girl or a guy, so this answers that question. That aside, the animation is nice and I'm down with the voice cast, so I'll be checking this one out.

This trailer looks really good by Deen's standards.
I am worried about the main character's voice, though. In the original he was supposed to prepubescent, since the entire village is under the presumption he's simply a tomboy. I can't imagine anyone mistaking him for a girl with that voice. Still, really excited about this coming out next month, hopefully we'll get more trailers and promo stuff soon. |

fabulous. I was scared since its DEEN but the one who did Hakuouki is in charge of this so I guess I can rest easy.

Character designs are somewhat in proportion, at least. The gothic lolita looked a little bobbleheaded, though...
In any case, it might be watchable. The preview looks better than most DEEN stuff, though I'm not holding my breath at this point. |
