I know. I just wasted all my money, too, so I can't buy anything. (Shoot, I'm going to a convention in a few weeks...)

I agree, there are a lot of great shows out there right now, with more on the way.
I'm collecting Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex on DVD right now, and I can't wait for 2nd GIG to come out next fall.
Also, FullMetal Alchemist has turned out to be a great show, and I can't wait for Samurai Champloo to start up.

I don't know... there were some great shows last season - BECK, BLEACH, Air, Grenadier, Gankutsuou, AMG... the list goes on
I haven't really gotten the opportunity to really sink my teeth into this season's new releases, but from what I hear, Speed Grapher, Eureka7, Erementar Gerad, and Tsubasa are getting good

I only wish that Anime Network (and other networks) would get more TV time.
There are a lot of great shows out there, but with only CN, Encore Action, and AZN TV available where I am, I'm not seeing all that much.

The problem I have, being relatively new to anime, is that I have alot of shows to catch up on. I just finished Nadesico, while many of you probably saw it light years ago. With the complete collection of Full Metal Panic!, along with the remastered Robotech and Evangelion DVDs, it is a neverending process, I realize.

It's the "kid-in-a-candy-store" syndrome for me; there's heap's-n-gobs of goodies and I don't know what to grab first!! I walk by the section "new anime leases" at my local video rental store and I just want to start loading up....
Squeeeeel!!
GITS:SAC/Wolf's Rain/Chrono Crusade/Full Metal Fumofu is coming/Full Metal Alchemist I'm dying to see/etc/etc/etc.....
Five or six minutes later my kids walk around the corner and find me passed out on the floor out from hyperventillation, surrounded by scads of DVD's dropped when I fainted.
They put stuff back, revive me, dust me off, take my wallet away so I don't try to do anything stupid while I'm still in the store, and promtly make the mistake of leading me over to where they had been; the manga section!, where the process happens all over again!!
Oh! but then there's the internet and all those wonderful e-sites to browse for anime! But my wallets still missing and it has my credit cards.............
darn the kids for being more mature than me......

That's funny. Except when I see a giant wall of anime/manga, I kinda sit there and stare.

i have no idea what idea Loveless is.
right now Speed Grapher, Basilisk, and Futakoi Alternative are shows i'm keeping upon. Just watched the first episode of Trinity Blood and that's looking really Promising, and also Blood The series comes out in two weeks.

Eureka7 looks pretty promising, or maybe it's just the hype talking, but I've only seen the first episode so far and all I can say is at least it'll have BONES' unique visual style that they bring to all their original series.
Eyeshield 21 is surprisingly enjoyable. I mean, most people expect an American football-themed anime to be stupid, but this show has fun characters, a great sense of humor, and it makes football exciting.
Erementar Gerad I'm hanging on to mostly because it's been a while since I got into a fantasy series, and if I'm going to watch one fantasy series with a score by Yuki Kajiura this season, I'm picking Erementar over that joke of a joke, Tsubasa.
Speed Grapher finally hooked me at Episode 3 because the guy kills people with his camera.
I keep waiting for Ichigo 100% to improve but I think it's intent on plumbing new lows in boys' romantic comedy.
Honey and Clover would be cool if SOMEONE WOULD ACTUALLY SUB IT. I caught a parody fansub of it which actually translates some of the lines correctly, and it seems like a better, newer Here Is Greenwood. As they said in the credits: "Bet you wish someone would sub the rest of this series, don't you? Guess they're all too busy with Tsubasa."

Hmmm.... I didn't think that was possible Guess Ill have to see it to believe it.
With Basilisk, Trinity Blood, and Speed Grapher Gonzo's on a roll this season IMO. Hopefully these won't end up being a trainwreck somewhere down the line.
And what's up with Tsubasa? It seems highly overrated to me...
