I nearly soiled myself when I saw this because I thought it was going to get a live-action movie lol! Still a cool poster and cover, wish they would keep printing in the US though

Hiromu Mineta looks like he's trying to go for the Light Yagami look.

There's no tension in the live-action picture, it's just two people blandly smiling at the camera. Whereas with the Manga's version, Usui is smirking and has his arm wrapped around Misaki's neck very possessively, and Misaki's smile is forced (almost a grimace). A much more interesting cover than the live-action version, which tried to play it too safe and boring.
