I guess this means they'll throw Index into the cute girls doing cute things filler more.

In the ending animation? probably. But iirc, Index does not show up in Railgun manga at all nor the Sisters arc.

I wouldn't mind if they did this though, haha.

Given the first season, I don't think JC Staff cares much about the canon of the original manga.

Actually the first season is (mostly) canon with the manga (the manga makes reference to the final arc of the anime).

Still, I wouldn't complain if they threw in more Index cameos.

Like said above, generally the same. I dont think they could fit all the material of the sisters arc into the last episodes. It definitely would benefit from a full season. So it was a wise choice.

Huh, can't say I expected that. Thought we'd get another ELISA song.

I wonder how relevant Index will be this time.
